As of 8.3, i still can get this quest after i turned in Warchief's Command: Winterspring!, i guess you either do this or Delivery for Donova.
Wintersrping sounds like some new kind of sport. Also, I love the fact that you made a tyop in that comment...

Description
Donova Snowden, dwarf woman, is friend of the Timbermaw. We trade firewater. She is at Frostfire Hotsprings, to the east, through our cave. She needs help to beat up the Winterfall furbolg. Maybe you will help her.
