To complete this quest, go to [npc=18481] in Shattrath. He will give you the follow up quest The Calculator. If you abandon that quest, you have to kill [npc=19219] again, at which point it will auto-accept it. You cannot pick up The Calculator again in Shattrath if you have abandoned it.
This quest will automatically be accepted upon entrance into The Mechanaar. Once you complete it, it will automatically pop up asking you to finish the quest, and offer you its follow up.

Description
<A voice like the sound of light bells rings in your head.> The Mechanar employs my race's technology to create manacells, objects which provide great amounts of power. I need you to eliminate Mechano-Lord Capacitus so that Kael'thas' forces cannot harvest that power.
