There's a world quest associated with riding Andira through gates in the sky. If you have the "With Lance and Larion" quest active at the same time the WQ can act strangely because they both use the Andira NPC in different ways (once it's a pet that fights for you, the WQ you fly it). I ended up on the ground somehow without going through enough gates and I couldn't remount Andira to finish even though the icon was there. As soon as I dropped "With Lance and Larion" I was able to mount and finish the WQ.

If you picked up this quest before checking out Hero's Rest, head over and interact with the [object=352027] hanging up there first. It gives the quest WANTED: Darkwing to kill an elite mob in the middle of this area. It's a LFG quest, but there are so many people coming through to kill it right now that it isn't hard to tag while doing Nemea's quests.

  • Larion at LargeBastion · Level 10-52

Some larions are more particular about the people they bond with than others. Lentios is my companion, the larion I trust most with my life. I love the others as well, but he is a part of my soul. One of my pride, Andira, has posed a struggle for me to bond with.

After this quest

  • Providing for the PackBastion · Level 10-52

Even beings of the Shadowlands need to eat. They may not do so quite like your world, but it is similar enough. The pride's favorite prey is the juvenile cloudfeathers found nearby. Prove to Andira that you are a contributing member of the pride by taking her out to hunt for their next meal.
