Keep in mind, if you have not learned the second level of this recipe you will NOT receive the third level recipe when you turn in the items for this quest. This comment is specific to Work Order: Baked Port Tato as I did not receive the third tier even though I was 152 ish skill level at the time. Complained to Blizz and they confirmed my horror that I will need to wait until it is offered again.

I'd just love to know where to get the 10 Baked Port Tato's to complete this quest. (And even though I searched for it, no horde quest came up yet here I am BE Pally trying to complete it.)
I couldn't finish the cooking quest until I learned Kul Tiran Cooking.
Just go to the profession trainer and learn it and then buy the stuff from the auction house.
Then you can turn in the quest.
