TheWoWDBThere seems to be a problem with this quest. The guy that you need to turn the quest in doesnt show up at all. Question mark on the map and everything but no one to talk to. Dont know if it also happens to other profession quests.

I tabbed out for this same reason, read your comment, then tabbed back in to check and the NPC is up. I assume some sort of phasing thing - so maybe give it a second and check again.
