WoW Notification Sounds
Short interface cues that already mean 'something happened' in Azeroth, so they map neatly onto texts, emails and app alerts. Whispers, friend logins, coin jingles and quest chimes are the most useful here.

Notification sounds need to be short, distinct and already meaningful, and WoW's interface is full of them. A whisper blip, a friend coming online, a quest objective ticking forward or a handful of coins dropping into your bags all say 'something happened' in a fraction of a second.
This collection gathers those interface cues from the client. Most are under two seconds and mastered to sit politely over other audio, so they work for texts, email and app alerts. Each page explains exactly which in-game event fires the sound and shows other files from the same folder. Where a sound has louder or longer siblings, those are linked as alternatives.
The small tick you get each time a quest counter goes up, like 4/10 boars slain.
The achievement toast sound, filed under the client's own misspelling 'achievment'.
