For anyone having trouble finding the treasure by the Doom Fortress, it is in a cave. The entrance is northwest of the fortress, approx 71, 54.

For the one along the road between the Doom Fortress and Forge of Corruption, it is also in a cave. Its entrance is south of the road and a little west of where my addon shows the treasure on the map.

Some of the zone waypoints in a usable format:
/way 45.0 77.9 Small treasure chest - Inquisitor's Menacing Eye
/way 41.7 48.7 Small cave with treasure chest
/way 41.8 37.6 Small treasure chest - Legion Healthstone
/way 63.4 54.2 Inside cave at the entrance - Legion Healthstone
/way 64.0 58.4 Inside cave before exit path - Mardum Lord Signet
/way 70.9 54.1 Cave entrance
/way 74.3 54.5 Inside cave - Legion Healthstone
/way 74.4 47.7 Treasure chest - Vile Stalkerskin Pouch

Only first and last are actually worth the trouble.
The [item=129192] is an [item=118922] equivalent, and the [item=129195] is a bag… do I need to tell you how useful a bag is?

Quest Briefings on the Mardum Map

The opening lines of the quests the game marks on this map, in the quest giver's own words, from Blizzard's quest data.

  • Before We're Overrun: “The doomguard commander and his queen must be dealt with. His eredar are summoning in a huge number of reinforcements.”
  • Cry Havoc and Let Slip the Illidari!: “This is why the Legion fears us. We have the ability to turn their secrets against them and in so doing become stronger than they ever can be.”
  • Enter the Illidari: Ashtongue: “Lord Illidan has placed you in charge. Now, we just need the rest of our Illidari attack force.”
  • Enter the Illidari: Coilskar: “The next gateway's down on the Molten Shore. Our Coilskar forces are waiting at the Black Temple on the other side.”
  • Enter the Illidari: Shivarra: “Our Shivarra demonesses are waiting at the Black Temple. It's a gamble bringing them here...”
  • Eye On the Prize: “This demon has proved less than useful. I have been using the Scythe of Souls on it, but so far, it has resisted my inquiries.”
  • Fel Secrets: “The demons made a grave error inscribing their secrets into this book. The fel energy emanating from it is potent.”
  • Give Me Sight Beyond Sight: “Jace Darkweaver swears that for a split second he sensed a demonic presence up and behind us.”
  • Hidden No More: “Now that you've uncovered the demons, I can sense them, too. Specifically, I sense a very powerful fel lord deeper in the cave.”
  • Into the Foul Creche: “One of the demons that I interrogated revealed a particularly juicy bit of information. Apparently, there's an imp mother in the volcano that scribes Legion secrets.”
  • Meeting With the Queen: “We can use some of that essence to complete my ritual. You'll be able to spy upon the Legion leaders and see what they're planning.”
  • On Felbat Wings: “It is time. We have dealt the Legion's forces a crippling blow from which they will never recover.”
