TheWoWDBIf you cannot find where to deliver the Keystone, run up the ramp behind the Blood Queen Tyranna, turn right, down the corridor and by the first wall light there will be another right turn. Run down the slope to the big room and turn right again where you will find Kayn Sunfury to deliver your quest.

After you killed the Brood Queen Tyranna and took the keystone, there is a path down. It is near the walls. You can find it if you will go back to where you came from and then turn right or left. There are 4 ways down. Just pick one of them. And on the lower level there is a room where you can finish the quest.
The Keystone is part of the [class=12] starting quest chain. - Mardum storyline.
This quest happends not in our time. It is actually the The Burning Crusade time.

{name}, Brood Queen Tyranna is just ahead in the command chamber. The others already charged in. She has the Sargerite Keystone in her possession. Finally, the object of all our sacrifice is at hand.
