I made this all-in-one macro so you only have to press the macro without having to think about refreshing either the lure from [item=88710], your water walking from [item=85500] and the [item=110294].
If you're using this while watching a movie or show while having the sound on WoW on to hear the bobber dunk in the water, make sure to go into System -> Sound and uncheck Error Speech because of the cooldown on Nat's Hat.
