You have a higher chance to get Enormous fish with a higher fishing skill in WoD its work like:
0-100 - only small-sized fish
100-300 - regular-sized fish 0-20%, 80 - small-sized fish, none enormous.
300-525 - 20% - regular, 80% small.
525-700 - small fish ~ 0%
650-700 - enormous fish ~ 50%.
700-950 - chance for enormous fish increases linearly from ~50% at skill 700, to ~100% at skill 950.

Enormous Abyssal Gulper Eel can be caught in inland Spires of Arak (where on map)
Enormous Blackwater Whiptail can be caught in inland Talador (where on map)
Enormous Blind Lake Sturgeon can be caught in inland [zone=6719] (where on map)
Enormous Fire Ammonite can be caught in inland Frostfire Ridge (where on map)
Enormous Fat Sleeper can be caught in inland [zone=6755] (where on map)
Enormous Jawless Skulker can be caught in inland Gorgrond(where on map)
Enormous Sea Scorpion can be caught on Draenor's coast.

The seven criteria of this achievement will take a couple of hours. Each one will take 20-35 minutes and net you 15-25 fishing skill.

Remember:

1. Use your bait. Last expansion, it was all about schools. Same trash fish mechanic (Remember Golden Carp anyone? The new Golden Carp is the Crescent Saberfish.) but this time fishing from schools is not the only way to avoid getting the trash fish.

This time around, bait is the new black.

"How do I obtain bait?"

You obtain bait naturally as you fish. Each zone has a special fish (one of the seven needed for this achievement) and a complementary special bait. You don't have to do anything special to receive this bait. It's unique, so you'll never have more than one, but it's about a one in maybe 5-10 chance to get the special bait for that zone, while simply fishing in that zone.

2. Only enormous fish count.

"How do I catch only enormous fish?"

You catch bigger fish with a higher fishing skill. They're finally doing it right by making fishing skill (and thus fishing buffs) mean something.
a. Use your best rod. (If you can't win the fishing tournament for the +40, +30s are easy enough to come by; I favour the rep grind but other folks take their chances getting one out of a bag.)
b. Equip boots, if you've got 'em (Either Boots of the Bay or Angler's Boots.
c. Make yourself drunk.
d. Have a crap pair of gloves enchanted.
e. Bring a Fishing Spear.
f. Fish with a buddy and make use of those Pheromone Fish. If you have no friends, toss the smexfish on your pet instead. It doesn't help but at least it's funny.
g. Wear one of your hats. (Nat Pagle's or Weather Beaten)
h. Make sure your rod is equipped with line.
i. Last but not least, make sure to always apply a lure. Both hats have infinite lures, but the best lure at the moment is the Worm Supreme, which you will get naturally, albeit sparingly, as you fish in Draenor. I say use the hat unless you have worms (Molten Corgi seems to always have plenty even though I never get enough to sustain the +200 buff. Hax.) but you can also buy the worms off the auction house if you want to always have the +200.

You will discover more fishing-enhancing items as you fish. Use them.

Everything above increases your [skill=356] by 425! Remember, that more [skill=356] skill increases your chance in fishing better items. In this case we are trying to fish up enormous fish in Draenor zones.

Draenor Angler:
Enormous Sea Scorpion has best fishing place in [zone=7332]. [item=110292] helps you fish only Enormous Sea Scorpion.
Enormous Jawless Skulker can fished in Gorgrond. [item=110274] will do its job for you!
Enormous Fat Sleeper swims in [zone=6755] waters. He seems to be repleted but still covets after [item=110289]!
Enormous Blind Lake Sturgeon is located in rivers of [zone=6719]. We can hope he will smell [item=110290] at least because he can't see it!
Enormous Blackwater Whiptail can be found in Talador waters. [item=110294] increases your chances!
Enormous Abyssal Gulper Eel will stay forever in Spires of Arak. [item=110293] smells good to him!
Enormous Fire Ammonite somehow lives in lava of Frostfire Ridge. Can be baited with [item=110291]!
