Had some difficulty with this one but towards the end I found, by far, the best drop rate @ 57,64. It's above the waterfall S SE of the DRAAKORIUM flight point. With no bait and no pool I fished 20 straight Enormous Blind Sturgeon. I'm thinking this lake is 100% drop rate as the lake at the bottom doesn't do the same.

Head to 41, 48 in Shadowmoon Valley. You'll see a rock jutting up out of the water. Get on it and start fishing. Relaxing and cool, you'll get all 100 (for achievement) Enormous Blind Lake Sturgeon around 30 minutes. Have fun.
