To do this you need to use a [item=43499] before the fight. You can get it from [npc=30472] for Horde or [npc=29744] for Alliance. It costs 10 [item=42780]. When I went to do it, I zoomed over to Halls of Stone and had the 10 relics I needed to buy it after killing just a handful of trash mobs.
