As of 7.1.5, Cutting Edge: Helya has been implemented in the game, and as the tooltip states, the achievement will be obtainable up until the release of the Tomb of Sargeras, most likely considering the difficulties of the encounters. Rest assured, this achievement will not be removed with the release of Nighthold unlike Cutting Edge: Xavius which is being removed next week with the release of Nighthold.
If you have already accomplished killing Helya on Heroic or Mythic difficulty, You should be awarded with the Ahead of the Curve: Helya or Cutting Edge: Helya, respectively.

Defeat Helya in Trial of Valor on Mythic difficulty, before the opening of the Tomb of Sargeras.
