You can easily get all of these by parking whatever armor class in Odyn's room and letting the raid kill Helya. Helya is still able to do some damage, so have items equipped. My characters had less than 8M life and it wasn't an issue.

This will unlock Funerary Plate of the Chosen Dead for Normal, Heroic, and Mythic. but not the LFR version.
I just completed this on my newly dinged DK, but since i had the LFR set in my bags (already learned) i didn't get the Ensemble since they're unique lol.

Edit: i did not get the ensemble in the mail and the first GM i spoke to confirmed this was a known issue at the time of posting this. (although they couldn't help with transmog)
the 3rd GM finally gave me the ensemble directly in the wardrobe. Since there was no way of re-achieving the achievement.
