You can easily get all of these by parking whatever armor class in Odyn's room and letting the raid kill Helya. Helya is still able to do some damage, so have items equipped. My characters had less than 8M life and it wasn't an issue.

For some players, the Feat of Strength does not reward the item needed to unlock the appearance. I opened a ticket, and the Game Master told me that they are not yet sure whether it’s a bug, but they confirmed that there have already been multiple reports about this issue.
I also tried doing several runs on different characters to see if I could get the item that way, but it didn’t work either — probably because the Feat of Strength is account-wide.

I was able to get this done with 5mil Hp, no healing required. On Helya just afk on top one of of the two platforms.
