I made a group today where everyone was 640+ ilevel. All bosses died very quickly, most people got the achievement.
If you form it right before or after reset, you can get a lot of experienced high ilevel people.
You can further boost your chances by being a healer, and healing yourself a lot.

You can easily get all of these by parking whatever armor class in Odyn's room and letting the raid kill Helya. Helya is still able to do some damage, so have items equipped. My characters had less than 8M life and it wasn't an issue.
