• Honor the Flame at (53.2, 34.4)

• Desecrate this Fire! at (53.4, 32)

• Hearth back to Orgrimmar, Portal to Twilight Highlands

• Fly to Bloodgulch for Honor the Flame at (53, 46.2)

• Fly to Thundermar for Desecrate this Fire! at (47, 28.2)
• 
  
• Portal back to Orgrimmar, Portal to Deepholm
• 
  
• Honor the Flame at (49.4, 51.4)
• 
  
• Portal back to Orgrimmar, Portal to Mount Hyjal
• 
  
• Honor the Flame at (62.8, 22.6)
• 
  
• Portal to Orgrimmar, Portal to Vash'jir
• 
  
• Depending on your phasing, you might have to swim to Silver Tide Hollow
• 
  
• Honor the Flame at (49.3,42)
• 
  
• Assuming a 15 min timer, your hearth should be up to return to Orgrimmar

Reason i but them "upside down" is you will get the waypoints sorted by the shortest route, with Uldum as you start point.

Here's a list of all Cataclysm bonfire waypoints for both Horde and Alliance.

They’re spaced out so you can copy one section and use the regular WoW macro creator or copy them all and use the add-on Paste.

These are set in no particular order, you can adjust Tomtom to automatically set the next closest waypoint to minimize backtracking, or by typing /cway for the closest one.

If you cannot see the bonfires in any of the zones listed below, speak to Zidormi to get the Time Traveling buff. This will allow you to access the bonfires in that zone.

Edit: updated for BFA, currently Teldrassil and Darnassus zones are bugged for TomTom due to Lady Sylvanas trying to wipe them off the map.
