This is a new achievement for killing Garrosh Hellscream in the Seige Of Orgrimmar on heroic difficulty.
This will give you the title : Hellscream's Downfall and a chance to get a mount (100% drop but needs to be rolled over)
You will also be given one of two achievements depending on if you are Horde or Alliance for another titleHorde Gets : Liberator of Orgrimmar
Alliance Gets : Conqueror Of Orgrimmar
on 10man: one mount, on 25man two mounts for kill
