The insult that is read to him (or at least the one I read to him, not sure if it differs between players) is: "Bjorns mottar haelgond sygar!" Which means, "Bjorns mother, Haelgond, sucks!"
This is supported by the fact that Bjorn responds by saying, "No one speaks of my mother in that manner!"
Just thought I might add this, although many probably figured this out for themselves.

You don't need two people, it's easily soloable. Just use the insult scroll at distance and run back across the river to the ambush. They will finish him off for you.
Don't make my mistake and one shot Bjorn before he attacks you.
You will have to wait until he respawns and re-insult him and then wait until he attacks before hitting him.Sigh haha

What to do
Description
The vrykul are being clever about this. Fortunately I've a trick up my sleeve. This leader of theirs, Bjorn, is a real hothead. We've pieced together enough of their language to fashion what we think is a good insult. Something involving his mother and large barnyard animals... we're not quite sure. Take this piece of paper and read it to him. Once he starts chasing you, lure him back here. We'll make sure he doesn't make it out alive.
