I ran around the whole area trying to find him... nothing. Parked myself at 27.3, 7.8 and waited an eternity... nothing. Put on the Worg Disguise and after waiting only a few seconds at 27.3, 7.8 with the disguise on, Garwal spawned and attacked me.

Description

When you've eaten Talonshrike's eyes, you should be able see Garwal and rip out his throat! {race}-thing, seek out and slay Garwal in the western Rivenwood. After you have killed him, go and tell Mistwalker that I am once more the alpha worg!
