Description
When you've eaten Talonshrike's eyes, you should be able see Garwal and rip out his throat!
<race>-thing, seek out and slay Garwal in the western Rivenwood. After you have killed him, go and tell Mistwalker that I am once more the alpha worg!
I ran around the whole area trying to find him... nothing. Parked myself at 27.3, 7.8 and waited an eternity... nothing. Put on the Worg Disguise and after waiting only a few seconds at 27.3, 7.8 with the disguise on, Garwal spawned and attacked me.
