• I've got this achievement just after I got Timerunner.
• 
  
• I've completed 632 quests. The only progress I made was through quest completion ([item=211279]) and drops. That meant completing all quests in all areas up to +/- 75% of [achievement=19889]

• It took me 22 hours played time on a frost mage, using only gear from drops.
• 
  
• From level 10 you get drops like [spell=433609], increasing threads by 1.
• 
  
• From level 30 you get drops like [spell=443197], increasing threads by 3.
• 
  
• From level 50 you get drops like [spell=443207], increasing threads by 7.
• 
  
• From level 65 you get drops like [spell=443216], increasing threads by 12.
• 
  
• Stamina drops always grant twice the threads compared to other stats (2, 6, 14, 24)
