You have to unlock the gramophone first by getting [item=168062] from the rare [npc=153226]. Afterwards the first tune "Ode to Tinkertown" will be already available and you can begin collecting the others:
[item=169689] Got it from [item=168264]. You can get this box by doing the [npc=150448] event or by doing the daily quest Recyclable Parts
[item=169691] Got it from [npc=153206]. According to Wowhead data you can get it also from [npc=153205], [npc=150342], [npc=153200], [npc=152113]. (Drill Rig event)
[item=169688] According to wowhead data drops from [npc=151308] and [npc=151124].
[item=169690] From [npc=152961] event.
[item=169692] From [item=168395] (this one is by far the hardest to get, very low drop chance)[npc=153226] seems to have a low chance to drop any of the vinyls.
