Get [item=168062] with drop chance from [npc=153226].

Learn the blueprint at [npc=150359] to receive it in your list.

[item=167069] is single use / learn / build only (!) and gives you the quest Rustbolt Gramophone. Receive 500 Reputation (550 Humans) at the Rustbold Resistance.

Turn in right next to the build station at 70.30.

After turning in, the blueprint is deleted from your blueprint-list. But hey you got a gramophone in the base :)

Do you need to craft the Gramaphone before you are able to loot any of the vinyls ? I have yet to see any of them so I am wondering if that is why.

Edit: So I went ahead and built it and as soon as I did I got my first vinyl from the next rare I killed, so I would suggest building one if you aren't getting any vinyl drops myself. No drops for a month and then the first one right away tells me something.
