Just Another Day in Tol Barad

Dailies that can be picked up no matter who have Tol Barad:

There is only one quest per sub zone in the Tol Barad Peninsula (North island) so I divided them into sub zones. Each NPC will have 2 random dailies, 1 for each subzone so there will be a maximum of 6 dailies in the Peninsula.

The randoms are seperates into 3 groups: D-Block, Cursed Depths and The Hole. Each group of daily have one pick up items, one kill so many of these and one kill a special mob and bring me his something. Also note that they each have their own quest giver.

Okay I think I have solved this.

After visiting Tol Barad every day for months and 99.9999% of time seeing the same eight quests, I noticed also that the 'next battle' timer at the top also seemed glitched and almost always showed 59 minute and 50+ seconds to the next battle - as if it was resetting or in fact only initialising when I arrived - I assume because no one else is visiting Tol Barad much these days. I guessed that this might also be setting (and glitching) the daily quests to the usual eight.

So I tried this: be stood in Tol Barad at your camp at the time of the daily reset. Oddly, this seemed to indeed randomise the daily quests. In four months, I had never seen 'Boosting Morale', 'Shark Tank', 'Teach A Man to Fish', 'Foreman Wellson' or 'Taking The Overlook Back'. Trying the above trick and being there logged in at exactly reset time, I have found all of these in just three days and scored the achievement today.

I have no statistical evidence or real explanation for why this works, but it suddenly worked for me after months of the glitch.
