TheWoWDBMy wife had all the quests from Drillmaster Razgoth and Commander Zanoth ready to turn in just before the horde had to defend, when we defended it and came back we could only get new quests (blue dailies) for Cell block D, but could not turn in the finished ones (yellow quests).
We thought we had pently of time at 30 minutes until the defense began. At 15 minutes before the fight these guys despawned as did all the quest items.
So, if the timer to defend is coming up, you have to turn in 15 minutes before the defense of Tol Barad begins.

The demons are found outside the entrance and in the underground block. The entrance to the underground Cell is at 42.7 39.2. Enter from the swamp and not the road. Be prepared to fight 3 different types of demons etc to get in.

Have you heard of the D-Block yet {name}? It's one of the old cellblocks here on the island. Problem is, it's infested with demons. We planned on using it to lock up the leftover Horde we found on the island, but that is not going to happen in its current state. I need you to head down there and clear those demons out. Report back to me when you are done.
