He is a dwarf. When you enter the keep, go left or right, then up the stairs then into the room with a table.
Enter the keep (the same keep with that stupid escort quest). Turn left or right, don't take the windy stairs that take you to the roof. Take the stairs with one flight, that will take you to the dwarf.
He enrages at around 30% health, should be an easy kill none the less.

Have you seen the keep on the north side of the island, {name}? That is where Keep Lord Farson runs his operation from. Farson has a small group of dedicated followers and they have been giving us trouble since we got here. We sent a small group to investigate and they reported back on his exact position within the keep. Can you finish him off for us?
