Since no one has stated: Baldruc is found in the Theramore's Fall (H) Scenario.
To complete this achievement:
* Don't kill his totems
* Kite him so that you don't accidentally hit them
* Dismiss pets
* Don't use AoE just in case (most AoE abilities aren't *supposed* to hit totems but...)

I just got this at level 100. Looks like patch 6.1 removed the level gating.
