[guide=4491]To earn this achievement you need to activate all the underground Leyline feeds in Suramar.
Once, you complete the initial quest Feeding Shal'Aran which isn't so far into the Suramar questline, the leyline feeds of the zone become active and available. This is a prerequisite. After that, each leyline feed quests will become visible by exclamation marks from the surface. You need to find the entrance around them to enter the actual sewer and power the pylon.
To power a leyline feed pylon, you'll need 200 to 250x[currency=1155]. Some of them also require you to do some additional tasks like killing certain mobs or to collect various ingredients.

As you're powering the pylons [npc=103155] in Shal'Aran will cast some permanent spells on you from time to time. This is the actual reward for your hard work on leyline feeds. These spells will give you a chance to loot additional mana from mobs:
Unlocking all the Leyline Feeds (completing the quests) earns you a sum of 750 net reputation (75 per quest) to [faction=1859].
This achievement is a huge speed up for suramar storyline development. So do it as soon as you can. Suramar storyline is gated behind reputation and this Leyline Bling give 750 total repuation with [faction=1859]. I think it will give you 2-3 (maybe even more days advantage on a later stages)
