The entrance is at (35.7, 24.2), right on the edge of the water just south of the bridge. You must enter here to access and pick up the quest that will allow you to loot the [item=140317] from Thudchop Trunksmasher, who himself is found roaming around just outside across the river, around (36.0, 29.0).
Find, kill, and loot Thudchop Trunksmasher, who is easily soloable unlike many of it's kin then return to (35.7, 24.2) to turn in the quest.
