This quest is part of the Leyline Bling
This achievement is a huge speed up for suramar storyline development. So do it as soon as you can. Suramar storyline is gated behind reputation and this Leyline Bling give 750 total repuation with [faction=1859]. I think it will give you 2-3 (maybe even more days advantage on a later stages)

Cost: 1600 [currency=1155]

Reward:

  • Leyline Bling

  • 750 reputation with [faction=1859]

  • 3 buffs [spell=226946], that increase chance to loot additional mana

You do not have to enter the areas with infinitely spawning swarms of enemy NPCs.

The entrance is at (35.7, 24.2), right on the edge of the water just south of the bridge. You must enter here to access and pick up the quest that will allow you to loot the [item=140317] from Thudchop Trunksmasher, who himself is found roaming around just outside across the river, around (36.0, 29.0).

Find, kill, and loot Thudchop Trunksmasher, who is easily soloable unlike many of it's kin then return to (35.7, 24.2) to turn in the quest.
