Because the achievement attached to this leyline is labeled "Moon Guard," I thought the entrance to this would be in the Moon Guard Stronghold area.
It isn't.
The entrance is indeed at 24, 19, which is west of the Moon Guard Stronghold, across a river full of Frenzied Riverbugs.
If you head up the Moonfall Approach to the Lower Gardens area of the Moon Guard Stronghold, then turn left/west before you get to the stairs and keep going all the way across the river, you'll be in the right neck of the woods. The entrance is an archway somewhat hidden by vines JUST to the north.
This quest is part of the Leyline Bling
This achievement is a huge speed up for suramar storyline development. So do it as soon as you can. Suramar storyline is gated behind reputation and this Leyline Bling give 750 total repuation with [faction=1859]. I think it will give you 2-3 (maybe even more days advantage on a later stages)Cost: 1600 [currency=1155]
