Description

<This leyline appears to be damaged and needs repair.

Several large chunks of the main column are missing and arcane energy is crackling in the gaps.

The elementals nearby seem to pick up debris and absorb it into their bodies as they move around. Maybe they have the missing pieces...>

Because the achievement attached to this leyline is labeled "Moon Guard," I thought the entrance to this would be in the Moon Guard Stronghold area.

It isn't.

The entrance is indeed at 24, 19, which is west of the Moon Guard Stronghold, across a river full of Frenzied Riverbugs.

If you head up the Moonfall Approach to the Lower Gardens area of the Moon Guard Stronghold, then turn left/west before you get to the stairs and keep going all the way across the river, you'll be in the right neck of the woods. The entrance is an archway somewhat hidden by vines JUST to the north.
