It's possible if you're lazy like me to entirely miss doing this quest until much later in the chain. I found that this can cause phasing issues, meaning you can't hand the quest in. I had to get in touch with a GM to sort the issue for me. It's probably a good idea to get this one done early and save yourself some time!
You only need 7 of the 8 feeds. I have collected all of them except Soul Vaults and I was able to complete this quest.

Description
You surprise me, outlander. During our first lesson about the ancient leylines, I half-expected you to be lost in daydreams of adventure, or treasure or... some such nonsense. But you have proven an apt student. Our leyline feed has grown extremely powerful. Watching it grow has taught me a great deal about the arcane, and the nature of mana. I have one final lesson that will help you find even more ancient mana.
