This is a new achievement in patch 5.4 that you get for killing Garrosh as Horde on normal or heroic difficulty in the Siege of Orgrimmar. It awards the title 'Liberator of Orgrimmar' . The Alliance counterpart for this Achievment is the Conquer of Orgrmmar.

The Alliance version is the "Conquer of Orgrimmar".
If you complete this on Heroic you will also get : Hellscream's Downfall.
Better title would have been "Kor'kron Conqueror"
