After reading through some good, and a lot of not so good comments, here's this achievement plain and simple:
When you start the fight Onyxia will yell, "How fortuitous, Usually, I must leave my lair to feed."
This will appear as red text in your chat frame.Once you get Onyxia to 65%, Phase 2 will start.
When you see Onyxia yell in your chat (red text) "This meaningless exertion bores me. I'll incinerate you all from above!", THIS is when you start your run through the eggs.
Don't worry about when she moves, takes flight, etc.
Look for the second line of red text from Ony and then you're good to take off.
As long as you start when the above text appears, and you're fast enough, you will get the achievement after you kill Ony.
Speed potions / enchants / talents are a must.

Many Whelps! Handle It! (25 player)
Cause 50 Onyxia Whelplings to hatch within 10 seconds of Onyxia's liftoff, and then defeat her in 25-player mode.
