Garrison patrol missions are sometimes offered to you if you have a [building=26]. They have a spyglass next to the name, instead of crossed swords. To get credit for this and related achievements, you can't just complete the mission, the mission must be successful (i.e. you earn the mission reward).
Anyone else having trouble getting this achievement?
I've completed dozens of patrol missions but I've yet to get the achievement.
