TheWoWDB
This achievement is now available. It's between March 31st and April 6th. Does not seem to award anything other than itself.
I've easily completed it just sitting near Krasus Landing, and players with the pets are bound to show up. Just /salute one to get it.

Easy to get by searching on group finder. Go to premade groups, choose custom and search for "star" and theres a good chance someone got a group up for it. Join a group and /salute the pet.
Though it seems to be bugged, all it says is "has earned the achievement !"Can be seen under the Feat of Strenght promotion part.
For the lazy people:
/tar Zerg
/tar Grun
/tar Mini
/tar Bane
/tar Zera
