This specific one, will show you completing it on December 14th of 2009. You can change the date within the code where it says "1:12:14:9" you can change it to "1:12:19:9" to result in today's date (of this post).

Worth pointing out that this is normal difficulty only. Which means if you do Gunship on heroic, you won't get credit for this achievement.
EDIT: As of 3.3.5, this is no longer true.
