At the next reset, the remaining campaign quests will be released, and the last two storylines "Ignite the Fuel of Change" and "Homecoming" will be available.
When these are complete, giving the Undermined achievement, it will release a questline skip option for alts while on the When Opportunity Explodes, by speaking to [npc=225571], or at any time by speaking to [npc=231045] at The Intercontinental in The Undermine.

The fourth stage "Breaking the Shackles" appears to be the last available currently (as of the first week of the patch). The campaign quest log says "Wait for Renzik to convince Gazlowe."
This achievement unlocks the skip, which will move your alt directly to Liberation of Undermine: The House Loses and allow you to receive [item=230936].
Speak to [npc=231045] (the innkeeper from The Incontinental Hotel, 1st floor) to see an option to skip the quests.
