If you are here wondering why you finished all 10 of each quest, besides "Overcoming the Unknown" - This appears to be a weekly world quest, meaning it will only show up once per week, per char, you'll have to log alts to finish this achievement faster for this specific quest.
Note that Slayer's Rise world quests do not appear to spawn below level 90, even tho all the other world quests in Midnight can be done from 80.

This bug is still not fixed. 4/10 on unknown and i check every week since launch, no wq up.
Blizzard should just stop with these "Do World Quest XY" X amount of times. I don't get what is so hard to just rotate quests. We had this in Korthia with the slime quests, we have this here and most likely on other achievements I just forgot over the years.
