The sources for all accessories can be found in the table below. I've compiled this from comments on the respective item pages, thanks to all who have reported where they've seen these items!

• Collecting 25/35 rewards the achievement Wardrobe Makeover, a criterion for the meta-achievement Things To Do When You're Dead, which is a criterion for the meta-meta-achievement Shadowlands Dilettante, which is a criterion for the meta-meta-meta-achievement Back from the Beyond.

• Collecting 35/35 rewards the achievement Fashion Abomination. It is not required for any meta-achievements.

• If you want to collect all 35 accessories, I recommend that you start farming [object=356823] (resets weekly), Visectus for [object=352086] (daily), and [npc=162727] (daily). The accessories from those sources are time-gated behind resets, and will probably take the longest to obtain.
