To earn this achievement you have to visit [zone=7109] instance and find there [npc=81522] boss. He's located in southwest side of instance — there. There are three packs of mobs, slay them to force boss became alive. Since Legion released, the fastest way to earn the achievement is pulling boss close to wall of thorns and burst it down. No needed to wait for spheres of water.
Achievement is a part of Glory of the Draenor Hero.
