I don't have anything useful to say. I just had to vent somewhere. This quest line angered me. Not even because the goblin brothers exploit the player character and you get no rewards other than a handful of experience. It bothered me so much I couldn't fall asleep that night for a long while.
It's obvious that they killed the Tauren and were stealing their hard earned materials. Of course I had to play along as the clueless, powerful, easy to manipulate adventurer that just does what they are told to do... I was hoping that I could kill them at the end to get that satisfaction of "I wasn't able to save the Tauren but at least I was able to avenge them." It really doesn't help that my favorite race are the Tauren and I was excited to meet the "moosey ancestors" of the Broken Isles. In the end, i'm unable to help them and forced to help the two who ended their lives for gold.
Not having the ability to make decisions with npcs doesn't usually matter to me this much with World of Warcraft. Blizzard doesn't try very hard to keep immersion in terms of making decisions but it's good enough. That Alliance quest in Darkshire where you help the old man assemble Stitches even though his intentions are obvious is very similar this quest line but at least get to kill him and the abomination then save the town to make up for the lack of decision making. I care far too much about the lives about the characters in this game...
I apologize for the long, uninformative post but like I stated at the beginning, I just had to vent somewhere. It'd be nice to know if anybody has similar feelings towards this quest line or similar quests.
Edit: I just discovered that there is a group quest you are only able to do once you complete quest line and hit 110. I haven't reached max level on any character at this point so I haven't been able to do it. I don't know what happens within the quest other that it involves these two goblins. I do know that i'm eager to do it. I have heard the finale is satisfying and, for that, I am grateful.

Rax Sixtrigger: Oh, hey there, chum. How can we help?
You ask: Why are you moving the tauren's goods over to your zeppelin?Snaggle Sixtrigger:
Oh, we got a… business arrangement with them.
Yeah, they want us to fly this stuff over to Dalaran and sell it for them there. After all, there aren't a whole lot of people to sell it to here, right? And who's a better salesperson than a goblin?
Thouse tauren sure have an eye for business.
Ok, you think, fine i'll take [item=138127] and see what's next. And goblins give you 2 more quests. And they are far away from the questgiver. And you don't see this kind of quests in Legion. So they killed tauren... I knew it!, we will probably kill them right now... But nope. We do 1 more job for them... And this time you see [item=138135] as a loot reward. Nice, you think, this should be the end of this storyline. And when you get back, goblins are gone. You see a note on the wall and hear "so long suckers" (not sure here) The reward is What a Ripoff!.
But the story is not ended. At lvl 110 we meet our frined [npc=110018] from Steamwheedle Cartel and he gives us info about [npc=107675] and [npc=107674] location. We go and kill them...Short version:

Rip the poor Taurens, if you go behind the tent and look into the tree near the Mook you can see their dead bodies, was hoping they were driven off and not really killed :( http://imgur.com/IfQ7HZN took a pic of them if anyone cares, how sad.
