Defeat Rak'gor Bloodrazor without any member of your party standing in a Healing Ward during the encounter in the Dagger in the Dark Scenario.

This only counts during the last boss fight. You can stand in healing wards before that.
If you leave up the blue ground-runes in the tunnel before Broodmaster Noshi, you may use them on the Rak'gor Bloodrazor encounter.
When Broodmaster hits 20%, he will remove the buff stack you may possess. So, once you have downed the 2nd boss in the chamber, BEFORE you inspect the two statues on the opposite ends of the room, go out and reclaim your buffs!
The healing from the runes, along with the bonus damage and haste, will help you. It will assist you in completing You Mean That Wasn't a Void Zone?, if you're pursuing this achievement. This achievement requires you to defeat Rak'gor Bloodrazor without using the THREE blue healing totems in the water area of the floor.
