This was the first mob in Brawler's Guild that got me - basically, you want to avoid the Lightning Pools (obviously)... except when he's casting his Discombobulating ability. Just before it finishes, you want to jump in a pool so that the disorient it causes gets broken immediately, rather than letting it run its course and kill you.
My unbeaten streak, ruined by one of the rare times Blizzard actually wants you to stand in the bad. -.-

I'm pretty sure that Millie is punt-able.
You need to do somewhere around 45-50k dps to get her before the "enrage" kicks in. Not the easiest thing to accomplish when you're mainly a tank or healer and haven't really been focusing on your DPS gear.
Edit: We've come a long way since 5.1, and pulling off a measly 50k DPS should never be a problem now with the "free" 496 gear from the Timeless Isle.
