In the new legion Brawlers guild, firewall CANNOT be interrupted or removed, so dodge or use CDs.
Sanoriak uses fire balls, pyroblast. flame buffet and Firewall. You can interrupt it all but the main one to look out for is Firewall. Getting hit by it will almost 1 shot you. Run to other side of the room if he succeeds in casting Firewall.
