Nitrogg Thundertower is the second boss in [zone=6984]. The fight occurs in three phases on a moving train whose wind pushes characters back.
Phase 1 - standard tank and spank to 60%.
- The boss is positioned inside an enclosed rail car preventing the wind debuff.
- The party should move out of the small red pulsing circle indicating the AOE range of [spell=163550] when cast by the boss.
- At 60% the boss retreats to the other end of the rail car, and mounts his [npc=79548], becoming un-tankable.
Phase 2 - the party uses [spell=160702] to destroy the [npc=79548].
- The party can advance in the wind along the left side of the rail car avoiding [spell=160681] behind pillars and other cover.
- The adds should be tanked behind the furthest most left pillar to avoid the [spell=160681] and the wind debuff and be close to [npc=78843]s.
- The party should stack on the tank and avoid standing in [spell=166570].
- DPS the adds until the [npc=80935]s die.
- DPS should loot the [spell=160702] from [npc=80935]s.
- DPS should use [spell=160702] in the [npc=78843] to destroy the [npc=79548].
- The tank should loot [spell=161060]s from [npc=80936]s.
- The tank can use [spell=161150]s to control the adds. Use the special action button in the middle of the screen or bound slot. Wait until the adds come to the tank, so looting doesn't expose anyone to [spell=160681].
Phase 3 - Once the [npc=79548] is destroyed, the boss can be killed.
- The tank should continue to use a pillar or other obstacle to avoid the wind debuff.
- [spell=161150]s and [spell=161258]s can be thrown at the boss for DPS. Use the special action button in the middle of the screen or bound slot.
- The party should move out of the small red pulsing circle indicating the AOE range of [spell=163550] when cast by the boss.

Overview
At 60% health, Nitrogg Thundertower retreats to his Assault Cannon at the far end of the train car. Players must reclaim Blackrock Munitions from soldiers that pour into the area, and use them destroy Nitrogg's cannon, after which they may dispatch Nitrogg directly.
Damage Dealers
- Defeat Grom'kar Boomers to loot Blackrock Mortar Shells, then enter a Blackrock Turret to heavily damage Nitrogg's Assault Cannon.
- Take shelter behind an obstacle when targeted by Nitrogg's Suppressive Fire.
Healers

- The platform has many tight turns; be aware of your lines of sight to other party members.

I get the feeling this boss is a reference to American Gladiators.
American Gladiators was a TV show in the early-mid 90's, where contestants (typically amaetur athletes) competed in a tournament of athletic games against the shows 'Gladiators'.
Nitro, Thunder, and Tower were all names of Gladiators from the show, and all three of them were fairly good at the game, Assault.
Assault was where the contestants (or contenders, as they were called) used what looked like Nerf guns to hit a target above a gladiator on a platform, who had a modified pitching machine as a gun, shooting tennis balls at the contenders. Here is a YouTube video of an Assault match, featuring Turbo.
At the start of every game on the show, the refereee would yell "readddddddddddy?" Nitrogg responds to this by yelling "READDDDDDDDDDDY!" when you first reach him.

I just uploaded one with better footage see if that music is any better. I'm find is difficult to find "decent" music that isn't doesn't have a copy write on it.
