If you are fighting him as a mage, DO NOT use Polymorph to act as an additional interrupt for [spell=282081]. While it will interrupt him and he'll yell as if it worked correctly, when the Polymorph breaks he will have been reset to fully clothed status.
Stick with Counterspell and walking him into his Stripstorm tornadoes.
So, I just learned the hard way that not ALL cc is valuable against him. I used a Polymorph to interrupt his Disrobing Strike (though it went through a smidge too late) and it gave him...all of his clothes back.
