This Rare vignette mob spawns at [47.5, 34.4] in Azsuna. She can be found at the top of a tower at this location.
Like many vignette mobs, she respawns very quickly.

Among other things, she drops [currency=1220 domain=legion], and she has a chance to drop [item=138839] and [item=129082].

She is one of the required mobs for the achievement Adventurer of Azsuna.

The game data tunes Valiyaka the Stormbringer for levels 10 to 45, Legion content.
