Arcavellus is at 59.8, 12.0 in Azsuna Ley-Ruins of Zarkhenar. There is an earth crack inside the ruins and at the end of the crack (north) there is a portal [npc=90232], click on it and rare will spawn after a few waves of enemies.
He's a part of Adventurer of Azsuna achievement.

  • if you start at the "Felblaze Ingress", go north and turn left at the crossroads in Faronau (not to Suramar), heading north-west, continue until you reach the "Ley-Ruins of Zarkhenar". In the purple crack in the earth, follow the trench down until the [npc=90232] appears. Go near him and some Rift Wyrm and [npc=90243] come out. Finally, you have to defeat Arcavellus.
