[quest=38037] is at 35.4, 50.4 in Azsuna Faronaar zone west from Illidari Stand flight point. There is a pool of fel lava with a [object=240222] object in the middle. Click on it and Infernal Lord will spawn after a few waves of small infernals.
He's a part of Adventurer of Azsuna achievement, has a chance to drop [item=129083]

if you start from "Illidari Stand", goes to the West and follow the destroyed road to Faronaar. Once there, follow the path to the right to the "Legion Camp: Chaos" and follow the path on to a sharp right bend. When you reach the green water, follow the path to the left to the cave "Fiendish Vault". In front of the cave you find the [object=240222] on a rock in the green water. Click on it and fight two waves of 3 [npc=90797] and then the Infernal Lord.
In the cave you can still find [npc=109504].
