It is only possible to get these from items (player) level 51-60 from Azeroth.
Outland items do not give Greater Eternal Essence at all.
If you want to level enchanting with these, never mind. The cheapest way to level enchanting from 265 to 300 is to buy the Formula: Enchant Shield - Greater Stamina. You can buy this in Darnassus from Mythrin'dir or in Undercity from Daniel Bartlett. This formula only uses 5 x Dream Dust.
Please be aware that this formula is Bound on Pickup and can not be sent to an alt once bought.
It becomes yellow at 285 but even without the perks of a level 25 guild, it should still be cheaper than using nether essences.
I have used it to level to 300and saved my essences for the Arcanite rod.(No more rods required as of 5.0)edited for URL errors
